Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in art, interiors, or architecture-related industries.
  • Proven ability to sell artwork or luxury design products.
  • Strong connections or working relationships within the interior design and architecture communities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and LinkedIn-based sales development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive art sales through partnerships with architects, interior designers, and galleries.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels in Dubais luxury real estate and interiors market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the design and architecture ecosystem.
  • Attend art fairs, exhibitions, and gallery events to expand brand visibility and client network.
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain client data.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
