Position Overview:

Dock Social is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in digital marketing (social media management, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, influencer campaigns, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement.
  • Lead sales presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales executives to achieve team targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • proven sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
  • New client acquisition numbers.
  • Client retention and repeat business rates.
  • Sales pipeline growth and conversion ratio.
  • Contribution to overall business expansion strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
