Our start-up is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Sales Engineer/Manager to be responsible for developing, executing business opportunities and improving our market position. The main responsibility will be growing HNE Futures market share within the E-Mobility Market in Egypt and the MENA region.
You will play a key role in sourcing strategic partnerships for HNE Futures and responsible for independently creating Sales Leads and managing the existing Sales Channels, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. The successful candidate will have new business development experience and a proven record achieving account growth.
This role (and team) will evolve in future and hence we’re looking for someone who is passionate about the business and would like to progress and support in the start-up growth in Egypt. We also hope that they will help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.
Our office is based in New Cairo so we’re looking for someone based in Cairo.
The job holder will be expected to perform the following duties:
· Identify, Generate and close sales opportunities and partnerships.
· Develop Feasibility Studies/Technical and Commercial Proposals/Business cases for different solutions for clients.
· Analyses competitors in the market and develop strategy for HNE Futures to increase market share progressively.
· Making presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
· Support in developing and executing a top to bottom marketing plan (including personas, project plans, campaign goals, messaging, call to action, follow-up activities, and success metrics).
· Plan and implement promotional campaigns on the Internet, social networking Platforms, and generally using contemporary electronic means.
· Plan, attend interviews and press conferences to increase the visibility of the company.
· Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
· Making presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
Job qualifications and requirements
· MSc/BSc degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
· 5+ years’ experience (needs to be demonstrated in your C.V.) in BD, Sales and Marketing within the services/products sector.
· Specific Experience in creating Strategic Partnerships and B2B within the Automotive, Energy sector or electronic/equipment products sector will be desirable.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
· Excellent Skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Fluency in English Language is required both Spoken and Written.
