Sales Manager (B2C)

About
We are expanding our public programs and seeking a B2C Sales Manager to drive individual enrollments through an effective sales & marketing strategy, focusing on generating new demand and converting it into paid registrations quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

  • Own monthly enrollment targets and design a practical, multi-approach growth plan.
  • Build a demand engine for individual learners (promotions/campaigns/light partnerships) with continuous conversion improvement.
  • Lead and coach a small sales team with clear scripts, weekly plans, and daily follow-up.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from targeting to closing, with concise numeric reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).

Requirements

  • Strong B2C sales background in training/education or similar services.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, closing, and consistent target achievement.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication; energetic, organized, results-driven.
  • Driving license preferred.

Package
Fixed salary + commission as a percentage of collected fees with tiered bonuses at and above target + professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • ears of B2C (individual) sales in training/education: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Team leadership experience (sales): 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic and English (Preferred)
