Position: Sales manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: General Manager
Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across salon branches and healthcare/wellness services by developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships. This role requires industry knowledge in beauty salons, wellness, or healthcare to tailor sales approaches to customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and service packages that increase client retention and attract new customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and front-desk teams to meet KPIs.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques for salon/healthcare services and retail products.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Explore partnerships with hotels, gyms, corporate companies, and influencers to drive sales.
- Expand market reach through strategic collaborations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive appointments and package sales.
- Monitor market trends in beauty, wellness, and healthcare to adapt offerings.
- Track sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze competitors and market data to adjust strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Sales Management within beauty, salon, spa, or healthcare industries.
- Strong knowledge of wellness/beauty trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with KPIs, revenue goals, and CRM systems.
- Multilingual (English + Arabic preferred).

- Monthly & yearly revenue achievement.
- Customer retention & repeat bookings rate.
- Growth in retail product sales.
- New partnerships/contracts closed.
- Team performance against upselling targets.
