Responsible for driving sales, market development, and client relationships for ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) wall panels. The Sales Manager should have strong experience in the **building materials industry**, knowledge of **construction products**, and expertise in handling **projects, contractors, architects, and builders**.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ALC wall panels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **construction, real estate, infrastructure, and architectural sectors**.
- Generate and follow up on leads from **builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers**.
- Conduct **site visits**, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key clients, project consultants, and influencers**.
- Ensure regular follow-ups for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Handle customer queries, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service coordination.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify potential growth areas.
- Plan marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Suggest new business ideas and strategic initiatives based on market feedback.
4. Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with **project, logistics, and production teams** to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track project progress and ensure product supply as per schedule.
- Support clients with **technical presentations**, product specifications, and installation guidelines.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline tracking.
- Prepare sales forecasts, client databases, and performance analysis reports.
- Ensure timely reporting to management on sales performance and market feedback.
6. Team Management (if applicable)
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for product knowledge and sales skills improvement.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of **ALC / AAC panels, precast materials, and building construction systems.**
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
- Proficiency in **CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.**
- Understanding of **construction drawings, BOQs, and tender processes.**
- Strong **networking with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.**
