Job Title: Sales Manager (Commercial High Rise Tower)

Experience: 4+ Years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Location: KBD Tower, Eighteen, Near Airport ISB

Salary Range: Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets, analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure sales goal alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs to offer tailored sales solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Identify new markets for sales growth and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to streamline lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on sales metrics. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
