Salary: AED 15,000 base + commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our construction, interior design and architecture firm. Our firm specializes in delivering full renovation services for both commercial and residential projects, including architectural planning, interior design, and project management. We aim to create inspiring spaces while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and residential sectors for interior design and architectural renovation services.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their design and functional needs.

· Present and promote the company’s comprehensive renovation services, including concept development, architectural planning, interior design, and project management.

· Collaborate closely with in-house design and architecture teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract signing to final delivery.

· Prepare and negotiate contracts, effectively close sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and local regulations to provide informed advice and ensure compliance in all projects.

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and market presence.

Requirements:

· Proven track record in sales, preferably within turn key projects in construction industries.

· Strong understanding of design principles, architectural concepts, and the renovation process.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and close deals independently.

· Strong network in the UAE market with over 5 years of experience in a similar company, focusing on sales for large projects like villas, mansions, hotels, and restaurants.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a high-energy, creative environment.
