Sales Manager (Corporate)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in GPS tracking, fleet management, and telematics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and experience managing corporate clients in logistics, transport, construction, rental, or fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients for GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and system presentations.
  • Customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and upsell services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Experience:

  • 2–5 years of corporate/B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, IoT, or automotive solutions preferred.
  • Proven experience dealing with logistics, transport, construction, rental, or corporate fleet clients.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of:
  • GPS tracking systems.
  • Fleet management software.
  • Vehicle telematics & IoT solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical features in simple business terms.

Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and corporate-level closing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Lead generation and corporate client acquisition.
  • CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
