SALES MANAGER – CORPORATE ACCOUNTS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job description

We are currently hiring a Sales Manager with a strong network of corporate clients, excellent global relationships with airlines and suppliers, proven experience in business development, and extensive experience in corporate sales environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, leveraging existing relationships and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead high-level client negotiations, build long-term partnerships, and maintain strong client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure consistent service delivery and value creation.
  • Mentor and develop junior sales team members when applicable.
  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of corporate sales or business development experience.
  • Strong network of existing corporate clients and proven ability to close enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated success in business leadership, strategic sales planning, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in structured, high-performance corporate environments.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage

Compensation:

Basic Salary: SAR 7,000 – SAR 9,000

Commission: Attractive and performance-based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
