Sales Manager (Custom Packaging)(US Shift)

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of custom boxes, printing, and packaging solutions, with proven expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the custom packaging (custom boxes) sector.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in sales within the packaging/custom boxes industry.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
