Sales Manager (Custom Software Solution)

Position: Sales Manager Software and Custom Solutions

Location: Remote / College Road, Township, Lahore
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST – USA Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business development for our software development and custom technology solutions. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and collaborating with technical content writers to strengthen lead generation and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B IT sales experience, a solid understanding of custom software services, and the ability to execute strategies that support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development and custom IT services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners
  • Guide and support technical content writers in developing effective sales materials such as proposals, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with client needs and market positioning
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software development, IT services, or custom technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and custom software services
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical content writers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented and target-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling custom software solutions to international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Understanding of content-driven sales and inbound lead generation strategies
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales or content teams
