Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales) to lead and expand our Extra-Low Voltage systems business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ELV, security, and building technology systems, with a proven track record in project sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and related technologies.
- Identify, qualify, and secure project sales opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proposals meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, real estate, and MEP sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate new business.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of project sales experience in ELV, security, or Smart Home Automation systems within the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, Intercom, and related technologies.
- Established network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE construction and MEP sectors.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE Driving License
