Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand Petroraq’s sales operations. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and coaching the sales team, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring that every team member consistently meets and exceeds their quarterly sales targets. The role demands a hands-on leader who leads by example, actively engages in key client relationships, and drives revenue growth across all business segments.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members to build a high-performing, target-driven workforce.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

· Lead by example through direct client engagement and achieving personal sales targets.

· Set quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives and ensure each sales team member consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.

· Monitor performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reports.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

· Identify new business opportunities across EPC, Investments, and Trading divisions.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.

· Collaborate with leadership to align sales activities with company goals.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 7–10 years of proven sales experience in Engineering, EPC, or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.

· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of Saudi construction and EPC markets.

· Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is an advantage.

Sales Manager – KPI Sheet

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

1. Sales Targets (60%)

· Quarterly Revenue Achievement: Minimum 100% achievement of quarterly team sales targets.

· Individual Contribution: Achieve at least 20–25% of team sales target personally.

· New Client Acquisition: Minimum 3–5 new clients per quarter.

2. Team Development & Leadership (20%)

· Recruit and onboard required sales team members within agreed timelines.

· Conduct at least 1 training or coaching session per month.

· Ensure at least 80% of team members achieve quarterly targets.

· Hold regular 1-on-1 performance reviews with each team member.

3. Client Relationship Management (10%)

· Maintain strong relationships with top 10 key clients.

· Minimum 90% client retention rate.

· Participate in at least 2 industry events or networking forums per quarter.

4. Reporting & Compliance (10%)

· Submit weekly pipeline reports and monthly dashboards.

· Maintain 100% CRM/ERP data accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Performance Evaluation

Quarterly Review: Performance evaluated against KPIs on a quarterly basis.
Annual Bonus & Incentives: Linked to exceeding sales targets, team performance, and client growth.

Timing: 8AM TO 5PM (5 WORKING DAYS)
