Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting European leisure, MICE, and premium group markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners across Europe
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and roadshows in key cities to promote the hotel brand
  • Represent voco Hotels at major international trade shows and luxury travel fairs including ITB Berlin and WTM London
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create regional campaigns and tailored promotional materials
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure competitive pricing and optimized availability for European markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market penetration and revenue share
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review
  • Maintain accurate client data and records through CRM tools and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
