Sales Manager - Event Management

  • Engage with clients at exhibitions, trade shows, and events to promote and sell services (Event Security, Event Cleaners, Helpers, Hostesses, Stalls, Production, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable service packages with accurate pricing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of AED 125K-150K for the first 3 months; targets increase based on performance and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure proper delivery of committed services.
  • Assist in setting up and managing exhibition booths, including arranging displays and materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
  • Collect, track, and follow up on leads generated during events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:2-4 years in sales or client facing roles, preferably in the events/exhibition industry.
  • Client Portfolio: Must have at least 25 existing clients and be able to divert minimum 25% to the company.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation abilities and proactive sales mindset.
  • Customer Service: Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
  • Technical: Basic MS Office knowledge; CRM familiarity is a plus.
  • Languages: English required; additional languages are an advantage.
