Role Overview

We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong client database and proven success in business development, corporate sales, and closing high-value deals.

This role is all about target-driven Sales with experience in selling event management services, corporate exhibitions, luxury conferences, and immersive marketing services in UAE or GCC.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new leads through your existing network and industry database.
· Sell premium events, exhibitions, and conference solutions to corporates, luxury brands, and high-net-worth clients.
· Pitch creative concepts, negotiate contracts, and close large-scale projects.
· Build and manage strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
· Track industry trends in event sales, experiential marketing, and event technology.
· Work closely with internal creative, tech, and events teams for flawless delivery.

Requirements

· 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, or marketing sales.
· Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and closing big-ticket projects.
· Strong industry connections in government, luxury, automobile, real estate, finance, and tech.
· Exceptional pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable selling bespoke technology services integrated into events and marketing.
· Based in Dubai & willing to work in-office full-time.
