Job summary:
The Sales Manager / Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the UEI Global educational products and services to schools, colleges, and other academic institutions. This role requires building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and delivering customized solutions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Business development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector through research, cold-calling, and networking.
· Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including educators and administrators.
· Sales presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively showcasing how solutions can meet the specific needs of potential clients.
· Negotiation and closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
· Customer support: Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
· Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
· Collaboration: Work with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and align sales strategies.
· Data management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
