Sales Manager – Facility & Property Management Services

Doha, Qatar

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling IMS’s facility and property management services to new and existing clients. This role focuses on acquiring new projects, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets by positioning IMS as a trusted partner for integrated facility and property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new contracts for facility and property management services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients, developers, and property owners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.

Tendering & Proposal Support

  • Work with the tendering/pricing team to prepare tailored proposals and bids.
  • Provide input on service scope, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure all proposals highlight IMS’s value-added services and competitive advantage.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Qatar’s facility and property management industry.
  • Recommend new service offerings or business models to increase competitiveness.
  • Represent IMS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Track performance against KPIs (new contracts secured, revenue growth, client acquisition).
  • Contribute to annual business planning and growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales/business development in facility and property management.
  • Strong network of clients within Qatar’s real estate, facility management, and property sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure high-value contracts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of facility management services (hard & soft services, property operations, community management).
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
