Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in acoustic systems, architectural products, and interior fit-out solutions to lead our sales initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction and design sectors, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of closing high-value deals. This role is field-based and requires frequent client interaction; therefore, a valid UAE driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and fit-out solutions across the UAE.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, project tracking platforms, and proactive networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, engineering) to deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements in detail.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in materials and fit-out solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in acoustic solutions, architectural products, or interior fit-out.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Established network within the UAE’s construction, architecture, and design sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
