Sales Manager - FMCG

Kuala, India

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to join our AI-powered FMCG platform. This role offers the flexibility of working from home combined with occasional client visits, with a fixed salary, attractive incentives, and full travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers) through outbound calls and explain the platform’s benefits.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Visit customers in your area for relationship building, presentations, and negotiations (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead nurturing to successful onboarding.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly demonstrate products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM tools and practices.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet goals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits (with full travel reimbursement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
