Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable Sales Manager with strong experience in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams. The ideal candidate should understand traditional trade, field operations, and target-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans, route plans, and market coverage strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities and product visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to improve team performance and maintain relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and accountability within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, retail structure, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Marketing is a plus).
