Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager based in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the UK and USA. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the UK and USA markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with clients in different time zones.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the UK and USA markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
