Join Our Team – Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

We are a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company providing comprehensive solutions across sea, air, and land freight. Our services also include customs brokerage, warehousing, and cargo handling. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to help drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue sales leads, turning them into profitable business opportunities
• Prepare and present competitive freight quotations (Sea, Air & Land)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• UAE Driving License (preferred if based in the UAE)
