Enza Home is a leading international furniture and lifestyle brand known for its modern designs, superior quality, and innovative home solutions. We are expanding our team in Islamabad and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations and drive business growth.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, achieving sales targets, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the furniture, interior design, or home décor industry with strong leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
  • Manage showroom operations including display, inventory, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.
  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail/furniture/home décor sales, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales operations and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Presentable personality with a customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
