We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Generator Rental & Sales (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Dammam, KSA

We are now expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive generator rental and sales across the Kingdom.

This is a field-based sales role requiring frequent travel within Saudi Arabia, focused purely on business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy and business plan for Saudi Arabia
• Design and implement GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for generator rental and sales
• Drive sales and rental business for generators across Saudi Arabia
• Apply modern sales techniques to build pipeline and accelerate growth
• Develop new business with contractors, EPC companies, and industrial clients
• Build and manage strong long-term customer relationships
• Identify, log, and track all new project opportunities in a structured pipeline system
• Maintain regular follow-ups on all opportunities
• Provide accurate sales reporting to management
• Identify and convert new project opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience with regional key accounts, EPC companies, and contractors.
• Proven experience in generator rental/sales or heavy equipment/industrial sales
• Strong technical understanding of generators and power solutions
• Strong existing customer base and network in Saudi Arabia
• Strong track record in field sales with frequent travel across regions
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and commercially strong
• Transferable Iqama and valid driving license are mandatory
