Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead and grow our project-based business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of smart home and building automation technologies, a strong network within the construction and real estate sectors, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote home automation and smart building systems (lighting control, HVAC, AV, shading, and security solutions) for residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through established relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to proposal submission, negotiation, and project award.
  • Work closely with design and technical teams to ensure customized and technically sound solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging trends in smart home technology.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of successful project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems within the UAE.
  • Established network of clients across developers, consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Strong technical understanding of leading automation platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, and other industry-standard systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness.
  • Valid UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
