Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City for a Sales Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. They will actively pursue sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project delivery by closely collaborating with internal design and fit-out teams. Efficient communication and a client-focused approach are key to achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales management, client relationship management, and business development.
• Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out projects, and the real estate industry.
• Proficient negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the interior design or real estate industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and result-oriented mindset.
