Sales Manager (IT Solutions, B2B — SMB to Enterprise) — Dubai

We’re looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Manager with experience in retail & industrial markets.

If you’re ready to grow in a dynamic team and help clients find the best tech for their business — this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients in the UAE & GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait)
  • Deliver presentations & demos of IT solutions
  • Analyse client needs & propose solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to sales & marketing strategies
  • Meet sales targets & grow portfolio

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in IT sales (B2B, SMB–Enterprise)
  • Strong knowledge of GCC market specifics
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Russian & Ukrainian — fluent, English — intermediate/advanced
  • Tech-savvy, quick with tools (Excel, MS 365, etc.)
