Role Summary
The Sales Manager MICE and Weddings Accor Dubai will be responsible for driving sales in the corporate, group, and wedding segments. This role involves building strong client relationships, developing tailored event solutions, and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with hotel operations. Based near Dubai International Airport, the position focuses on maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional client service.
What You ll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting MICE, corporate groups, and wedding segments
- Conduct market research, networking, and sales calls to expand the client base
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Handle client meetings, site inspections, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with banquet, culinary, and event operations teams to deliver customized event solutions
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and suppliers to meet cultural and themed event needs
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and optimized event packages
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with revenue goals
- Work with marketing to promote event packages through digital campaigns, trade shows, and client events
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with promotional activities and sales incentives
