Sales Manager - Motorcycle

Role Purpose:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving market growth, and building a strong customer network in the motorcycle and powersports segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve/exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams with clear KPIs and performance monitoring.
  • Train sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling escalations.
  • Deliver accurate reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in motorcycles/powersports or automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of motorcycles, market trends, and competitor dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Customer-focused with ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • UAE Motorcycle License is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Passion for powersports and motorcycles.
