Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager – Orthopedic Division to grow our portfolio of Knee Replacement, Arthroscopy, and Sports Medicine solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in orthopedic implant/device sales and a strong surgeon network. Scrubbing experience in orthopedic procedures will be considered a significant advantage, ensuring deeper clinical engagement and trust-building with surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for orthopedic implants and devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Provide in-theatre support for surgeons during arthroscopy, knee replacement, and sports medicine procedures.
• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Manage tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with the clinical applications and marketing team to drive product adoption and visibility.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategy.
• Lead and mentor junior sales & clinical support staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of orthopedic sales experience in UAE/GCC (Knee, Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine focus).
• Strong surgeon/hospital network with proven track record of achieving targets.
• Scrubbing experience or OT clinical exposure will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
• UAE Driving License required.
