Sales Manager (Pindi Zone & KPK Zone)

v To lead sales department under the supervision of head of Sales. Responsible for overall sales, recoveries and sales operations activities.

v Responsible for strategic sales planning, executing sales volumes, strong follow up of invoicing, making payments plans & recoveries from distributors, damaged stocks & stocks returns handling.

v To plan & execute Sales Targets, Trade offers, Draw Schemes & other Sales team’s related tasks.

v To be involved fully with SAP operations, Sales software process, Accounts maters, Tax related issues, relevant Marketing activities, with concerned departments.

v To make necessary updates for sales team, department Head & Chairman.

v To Travel extensively for market visits & other business matters where ever & whenever needed.

v To develop trade universe, channels & sub channels to capitalize business growth.

v To formulate operational cost, re-distribution cost, distributor’s structure, ROIs, RTMs, distribution feasibilities etc & revamping structure if needed.

v To provide regular market feedback & comprehensive market intelligence reports on monthly basis including competitor’s activities, trade promotions, new launches, counter plans of market players soft copies of flyers etc.

v To be active part of New Launches, Re-Launches, sales campaigns if any.

v To provide clear directions to sales team, warehouse team, office staff, merchandizers & Sales coordinators.

v To share best practices of other ranges & other zones with team; having success stories based on their moves.

v To be part of resource management including of team induction process, training & development as per business requirement.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per hour

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 8 years (Preferred)
