Sales Manager – Printing & Digital Solution

A dynamic creative and printing solution company specializing in high-quality print, digital press, branding, and visual communication services working closely with our clients to deliver innovative, impactful, and timely solutions that strengthen their brands is seeking a qualified candidate.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Printing & Digital Solutions to lead our sales initiatives, grow our client base, and strengthen relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of printing and digital press services, combined with the ability to sell creative, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Promote printing, digital press, and creative solutions to new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and agency sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals profitably
  • Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5-6years of experience in sales within a printing press, digital press, or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and digital workflows
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer-focused and problem-solving abilities

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
