We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our project sales division in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, and a strong track record in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Conduct training to enhance product knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely support and service.
4. Recruitment & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
- Drive continuous learning, professional growth, and team-building initiatives.
5. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and brand presence.
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports for senior management.
- Recommend corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the building materials/construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of project sales for tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitaryware, or related products.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
