Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, business development, and client relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and lead a dynamic sales team.
This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle — from planning and strategy to execution and client servicing — while ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and project operations.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and engage investors, real estate agents, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to track competitor projects and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales goals and prepare performance reports.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Supervise day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Review client documentation, sales contracts, and CRM data for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain strong coordination with marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Marketing & Promotional Support
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, exhibitions, and open house events.
- Provide input for marketing materials, property presentations, and promotional strategies.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to support conversion and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management & Negotiation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries promptly and ensure a positive buying experience.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Create incentive programs to encourage high performance and team engagement.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Professional certifications in real estate or sales management will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in property development or real estate sales.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s property market and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of multitasking effectively.
