Sales Manager – Proprietary Trading Firm

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth for a fast-expanding proprietary trading firm offering funded trading programs to traders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell funded trading accounts and related services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate leads and onboard new clients, partners, and affiliates
  • Build strong relationships with traders and IB partners
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with marketing to improve lead conversion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales/business development (forex, prop firm, fintech, or trading industry preferred)
  • Understanding of proprietary trading firms & funded account models
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-driven mindset with proven results
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Affiliate/IB network experience is a strong advantage
