Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead business operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to scale business through strategic planning and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall real estate operations including sales, leasing, and business development
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
• Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and broker networks
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
• Identify new business opportunities in off-plan and secondary markets
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
• Oversee marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns
• Prepare reports and present performance insights to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate (UAE market preferred)
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate (off-plan & secondary market)
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage large teams
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong network within developers and brokerage community
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus)
