Sales Manager Retail Lahore

Job Summary

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer experience across multiple retail outlets. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring consistent execution of retail standards across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all assigned stores.
  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue, average transaction value, and conversion rates.

2. Store Operations & Excellence

  • Ensure all outlets comply with brand standards in merchandising, store layout, and visual presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and product availability to avoid stock-outs.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain operational consistency.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Building

  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with premium retail standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Strengthen brand loyalty through consistent in-store experience and engagement initiatives.

5. Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for new store openings, partnerships, and institutional sales.
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, and corporate clients to expand sales channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.

6. Promotions, Campaigns & Events

  • Plan and execute sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.
  • Coordinate book launches, author signings, and literary events to drive footfall.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns across all locations.

7. Financial & Reporting Management

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the assigned area.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
