Sales Manager (SaaS) — Omni channel Communications

About the role
We’re looking for a high-energy SaaS Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle—prospecting to closed-won and handover—selling our Omni channel communications platform to SMB and mid-market brands across the UAE/GCC. You’ll build and close a healthy pipeline, run crisp demos, craft solutions (WhatsApp + Voice + SMS + Email + CRM), and hit ambitious ARR targets.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full funnel: list building, outbound (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn), discovery, demos, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead generation: Run targeted outbound, nurture inbound, and activate partner/channel leads.
  • Solution selling: Map use-cases like marketing campaigns, customer support, order updates and CRM journeys; design WhatsApp Business API + SMS/Email/Voice flows.
  • Forecast & CRM hygiene: Maintain 3× pipeline coverage, accurate stages, and predictable weekly forecasts.
  • Territory & segments: Prioritize UAE/GCC across Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality/Tourism, Education, Financial Services, and Services.
  • Commercials: Build ROI cases, pricing, and contracting (monthly/annual, seats/usage, bundles, pilots/POCs).
  • Handover & expansion: Transition cleanly to Customer Success; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in the first 90 days.
  • Market intel: Track competition and TDRA/WhatsApp policies; share feedback with Product/Marketing.
  • Brand building: Represent us at events, roadshows, webinars; contribute to case studies and references.

What you’ll bring

  • 4–8 years of B2B SaaS closing experience (new business), ideally in CPaaS/MarTech/CRM/Contact Center.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding ARR quotas and closing multi-stakeholder deals (Marketing, CX, IT, Procurement).
  • Strong command of WhatsApp Business API use-cases, sender on boarding, templates, opt-in/opt-out, and basic TDRA compliance; comfort selling Voice/Calling, SMS, Email alongside CRM.
  • Excellent discovery, demo, and negotiation skills;
  • CRM discipline (Hub Spot/Salesforce or similar), pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Fluent English; valid UAE driving license for client meetings (nice if you have it).

Nice-to-haves

  • Network across UAE/GCC decision-makers;
  • Understanding of web hooks/APIs, Shopify/Woo Commerce integrations, and basic solution architecture.
  • Experience running RFPs/ITV/Legal/InfoSec cycles.
