Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager – Sea Freight to lead our sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven record in achieving sales targets within sea freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sea freight sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Generate new business and expand key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for competitive quotations.
- Analyze market trends and report sales performance to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sea freight sales.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight (import & export).
- Demonstrated target-driven performance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the UAE freight forwarding market is an advantage.
