Job Title: Sales Manager – Premium Furniture Showroom

Location: Aluva , Kerala

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance showroom revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and showroom events.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining showroom standards.
• Work in rotational shifts as per showroom requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in furniture/interior/Construction sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle premium clientele.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
