We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager for a leadership position within a fast-growing Signage & Outdoor Advertising company based in the UAE.


The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role within the signage, outdoor media, or advertising industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's commercial growth, expanding its market presence, and building strategic client partnerships across the UAE and the GCC.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across signage products and outdoor advertising solutions, aligned with company goals and market potential.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across sectors, including real estate, retail, government, events, and corporate clients.
  • Lead client acquisition and retention efforts by delivering tailored advertising solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of advertising campaigns and signage projects.
  • Forecast, track, and manage sales pipelines, revenue targets, and profitability margins across key business segments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, media planners, procurement teams, and government clients.
  • Drive pricing, contract negotiations, and tender submissions in alignment with market competitiveness and project feasibility.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and market outreach.
  • Provide detailed market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and group performance KPIs.
  • Ensure all sales operations and client engagements align with company policies, brand standards, and legal/commercial compliance.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the outdoor advertising and signage industry to maintain a competitive edge.
