Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at Lumin Soft located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve day-to-day sales operations, team management, and collaboration with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven track record in professional growth.
• 6-9 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS is a MUST
• Strong history of new business development in the Solutions or SaaS industry.
• Extensive customer network across Egypt and the Middle East.
• Excellent presentation skills and commercial acumen.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
