Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in selling software solutions, preferably with a focus on RFID and Barcode technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Saudi market, and the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with clients.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and promoting our RFID and Barcode solutions to a wide range of industries, including logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts in the Saudi Arabian region to promote and sell our RFID and Barcode software solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative selling to understand clients' needs and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and support staff to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on software solutions, RFID, and Barcode technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the RFID and Barcode industries, including product offerings, trends, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Experience in selling to a variety of sectors, including retail, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and the business landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Saudi region.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
