Sales Manager (US Shift)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the custom packaging & boxes industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of packaging solutions, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the custom packaging/boxes segment.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and other industries.
• Manage and guide the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to ensure profitability.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
• Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to promote company services.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the packaging/custom boxes industry (B2B sales experience is a must).
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing, and customization processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
