Role & Responsibilities
- Target and sell water treatment solutions (e.g., packaged RO plants, filtration, disinfection systems) into enterprise / corporate clients such as water parks, resorts, commercial complexes, industrial utilities.
 - Identify, approach and develop new client relationships in India (sales lead generation, cold calls/emails, networking) and manage the sales cycle through to closure (proposal, quotation, negotiation).
 - Work with internal engineering/technical team to align solution specifications with client needs, arranging product demos, site visits if required.
 - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business / upsell opportunities.
 - Track sales pipeline and meet monthly / quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports to management.
 - Market intelligence: monitor competitors, industry trends (water treatment in commercial/entertainment sector like water parks), pricing and value-proposition.
 
Requirements.
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally selling technical/industrial solutions or equipment; preferable exposure to water treatment or related industry (filtration, RO, disinfection) or to corporate clients (water parks, resorts, large commercial).
 - Good communication & negotiation skills. Comfort in B2B enterprise sales.
 - Self-motivated, target driven, capable of working remotely/hybrid and managing own territory.
 - Comfortable interfacing with technical/engineering teams though role is sales-focused (not heavy engineering design).
 - Willingness to travel (client visits, site inspections).
 - Advantageous: good network within commercial / entertainment sector (e.g., water parks, hospitality, resorts) and knowledge of water systems.
