Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our education services portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage client relationships, and guide a sales team to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote We Aspire Education’s services
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable education pathways
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in education or services
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
• Professional, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
