Job Summary:

Craft Builders & Developers seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the local vicinity, and demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and team building capabilities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving team KPIs, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining a results-driven, ethical, and professional environment.

NOTE:

This role demands someone who carries a professional attitude and polished appearance — every day, not just at the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Real estate Market Expertise

Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling and market research.

Build and maintain strong client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct property presentation presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals with
potential buyers.

Experience Required:

10-15 years over all experience in Real Estate industry(Min.05 years in people and sales team Management and prior experience with luxury and high-Ticket real estate projects)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing(Master’s Preferred)
