Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our pharmaceutical sales operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
